Help WiredLeaves To Grow
Good Reader,
As tired and worn out as it sounds, information is power. The problem most netizens are seeing with information is the lack of it. Not what's spoon fed to us in sound bites and synoptic blurbs, but those items that get missed, whether accidentally or on purpose, that would allow us to make better informed decisions. Such as one name brand of gasoline is better than another (they all flow through the same pipe, some receive additives, but they're all processed the same), or one anti-virus is the best (no virus utility can keep up with the approximately 1,000 viruses created and released every month).
By now, you can see that the purpose of WiredLeaves WebZine is to bring information to help you that, a lot of times, comes in under the radar of the busy modern family, along with free tips and services to keep your computer in proper order. With modern research tools coupled with the relative cost effectiveness of i'net publishing, we are able to do just that.
But I'll be honest with you. Nuthin's free. That's why we ask our readers to do a few small tasks that will allow us to continue to bring you the top quality content you're used to.
How Can I help?
Glad you asked! You can help us to grow, and never leave your
chair by
~Subscribe. The larger our Opt-In Mailing List is, the more clout we have with
advertisers. And we DO NOT sell email addresses. Period.
~Submit Content. (NOTE: Please see (Submission Policy
for images and content) Not bland knock-knock jokes, but articles that are
thought provoking. Funny stories and the like. O.K., send me the jokes that made
you fall off your office chair.
~Use the 'Send This Page To A Friend' mailto links that are spread through out the
WebZine. If I do it it's SPAM, and I REFUSE to have any part of the growing junk
e-mail problem, but if you do it, you're sharing web content with a friend they
might enjoy.
~Forwards: As a subscriber, you'll receive newsletters (Earl's World twice a
month, WiredTips once a month, and every now and then I'll send a particularly
interesting message I've received, just to keep you on the cutting edge).
Forward them (in their entirety) around to help generate the traffic needed to keep all this going.
By doing these small things, you will help us to continue to provide you with the information that goes beyond the deceptive calm of the surface.
